Where we ship
Most products ship to both Canada and the United States. Please note that our Arctic Vita Marine Collagen currently ships within Canada only.
US customers: Fountain of Life, Divine and Microsilver Toothpaste now ship from within the United States — no border crossing, and typically faster delivery than our other lines.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery estimates
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Orders shipping from within the United States usually arrive at the faster end of that range. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Customs & duties
Cross-border shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes determined by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items shipping from within the United States to a US address are not subject to import charges.
Order accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you need to correct an address, email us right away at info@safehomewellness.com.
