Safe Home Wellness ships across Canada and the United States. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

Most products ship to both Canada and the United States.

US customers: Fountain of Life, Divine and Microsilver Toothpaste now ship from within the United States - no border crossing, and typically faster delivery than our other lines.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & free shipping

U.S. orders: FREE standard shipping on orders of US$150 or more. Orders under US$150 ship for a flat US$9.95. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days.

Canadian orders: FREE standard shipping on orders of CA$150 or more. Orders under CA$150 ship for a flat CA$12, and Express shipping is available for CA$20.

The free-shipping minimum is based on your order total after any discounts.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Canadian orders typically take 3-10 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Customs & duties

Cross-border shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes determined by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items shipping from within the United States to a US address are not subject to import charges.

Order accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you need to correct an address, email us right away at info@safehomewellness.com.
